Winter's Kiss Reviews

"I truly enjoyed this book. It was a darling romance, reminiscent of a Hallmark movie. The characters were not only likable, they were easy to connect to. I would highly recommend this book to anyone in search of a cozy adventure in love. Well done."

"This book has it all, great characters, fun banter between the heroine and hero, believable conflicts, gorgeous setting, and lots of twists and turns. The action is non-stop from an accident at the beginning of the book that allows the hero, Andrew, to come to the heroine's rescue to a final plot turn that leaves you praying for an HEA! And you've got to love 'Thumper', too, the magic rabbit who foretells true love in Redford Falls. Enjoyed this book so much; it's one of my fav contemporary romances."

"This is such a cute, cozy romance set against the scenic backdrop of a wintery small town. It’s an opposites attract story blended with forced proximity, sprinkled with playful banter that keeps you turning the pages. I especially enjoyed the warmth of the townspeople and how their presence added charm to the story. Both Danielle and Andrew carry painful backstories that add depth to their romance, making their slow-burn connection feel genuine. Their first encounter was definitely my favorite moment! Sweet, clean, and heartwarming. Winter’s Kiss is a delightful read for anyone who loves cozy small-town romances."

"This was a cute romantic story. This story reminds you about romantic feelings and small towns and local legends (thanks to a rabbit that appears when two people need romantic intervention)."

"Humor, heartbreak, a few harrowing experiences, and a sweet satisfying romance. There are some well thought out twists to keep the plot points believable, and the writing style, of which I am a big fan, keeps the story moving quickly. There are well written supporting characters making the reader feel right at home as they stroll down the snow laden streets of Redford Falls."

"There’s nothing better than a chance encounter for a second time. That’s exactly what happens to Danielle Lerato when she travels to the bitterly cold Redford Falls. Things start to warm up though when she runs into Andrew. I loved watching their romance develop, and I especially enjoyed the quaint setting. This is my first read by Darelene Fredette and it’s certainly left me wanting to read more."

"Author Darlene Fredette treats the reader to another example fun read filled with crisp, snappy dialogue in the middle of a charming setting and supporting characters who are at once colorful and diverse. Fans of this talented author are in for a treat."
